Dogs Emmie and Teddy, cats Billy, Raven and Mitzie, and one very special horse, Shiloh, keep Janet harmoniously tuned with the Circle of Life. Meet Janet’s oldest friends here....
Emmie

12 year old Emmie is the gentlest, kindest and most loving dog. She is the peace keeper in the household; simply by emanating her peacefulness, she calms the others down. Emmie joined the household in 1999, and was adopted from what was then the Wright County Humane Society. She is probably part Greyhound and part German Shepherd. Emmie likes nothing better than to run through the woods at her dog park and tree a squirrel.

Teddy

Teddy is the 16 year old perpetual-puppy-con-artist of the household. He brings a smile to everyone’s face with his puppy like antics and smiles. He has created traffic jams in parking lots by everyone stopping and saying ‘what a cute puppy!’. Teddy, probably a Malamute, Golden, Spaniel mix, came from the Wright County Humane Society in 2000, and he is the one who led me into animal communication. Teddy loves his dog park and greeting all 2 leggeds and 4 leggeds there. When MIA at the park, I simply go to the park’s front gate, and Teddy is there, escorting dog pals and their humans from the gate to the first path.

Billy

Billy asks for nothing more out of life that to be loved and to be on the computer. He came as the ‘unexpected’ one of the household. I had taken Emmie and Teddy to visit the staff at the Wright County Humane Society, and when there, found out that due to flooding in the area, they needed to move out immediately and find homes for as many animals as possible. Billy came home with us. Billy is 9 years old and the cause for seeing tweets such as ‘fffffffffffffeiiiiiiikkkkkkkkkkkj’ on Twitter in my name.

Raven

The youngster of the household, Raven is only 3 years old. He’s the rambunctious one, flying with the greatest of ease over anything that may be in his way. Raven’s a macho kind of guy, only wanting to be cuddled as long as none of the other 4 leggeds are around to witness such a ‘flaw’ in his macho makeup. Raven does not purr, he grunts.

Mitize

At 17, Mitize is the grande dame of the household. She joined the household February 14, 2000, coming from the Wright County Humane Society. She came with her own stuffed bunny, and that, plus her sweet personality, led me to try changing her name to Hunny Bunny. She let me know in no uncertain terms her name was Mitzie! From Mitize’s perspective, life would be much better if it was just me and her..

Shiloh

Shiloh, registered name ‘Ima Real Investment’, does live up to his name between vet bills (up to and including having an eye removed) and treats (up to and including his own personal radio outside his stall door).Shiloh is 17 years old, we’ve been together for 12 years. He’s a western pleasure kind of guy, down to earth, practical. If Teddy led me into animal communication, Shiloh is my teacher and 4 legged mentor.Shiloh knows who to work and how to work that person to get the extra carrot they were saving for their own horse.
